Scarborough Manor is a residential cooperative (co-op) community overlooking the Hudson River. The 1960s-era complex consists of 2 primary buildings and 205 units. Many apartments feature stunning views of the river, and some also provide a nightly front-row seat to the beautiful and ever-changing sunsets.
Scarborough Manor offers a number of amenities to its residents, including a heated pool and meticulously maintained grounds with 3-season blooms, all with spectacular views of the Hudson. See the amenities page for the full list.
Scarborough Manor is located midway up Westchester County, NY, and is less than a mile from the Scarborough Train Station, with frequent trains to Manhattan. It’s an easy commute to the rest of Westchester and southern Connecticut.

Nettie is a long-time Associate Real Estate Broker with Schatz Realty Group, and a resident of Scarborough Manor since 2001.
Nettie had a multi-year tenure on the Scarborough Manor board of directors, during which she was not allowed to sell units at Scarborough Manor. She since stepped down and is now able to help others buy and sell in the community.
Nettie has been working in the real estate business since 1983. She started as a Senior Account Executive for a real estate investment banker.
The firm consolidated in 1990 and left the area, so Nettie went to work as a salesperson at Albert P. Schatz Realtors (now Schatz Realty Group) in Ossining.
She loves her work helping people with major life transitions, and is now working with the 2nd and 3rd generations of the Schatz family.
Prior to getting involved in real estate, Nettie was the co-owner, with her artist husband, of a successful graphic design firm in New York City.
She is the proud mom of 1 daughter who lives in Texas with her family, and 1 son who lives in Massachusetts with his family. Her grandchildren total 3 – 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
Nettie enjoys traveling, both in the US and Europe (so far), sings in a choir, and has been a table tennis player since her childhood in South Bend, Indiana (where at age 18 she was Indiana State Women’s Champion). She still plays for fun!
